Tell us about planned changes to kitchens, bathrooms, floors, doors and lighting together. Flag any walls you hope to alter for assessment; a layout idea alone does not establish what work is suitable.
Plan for the practical details
Discuss occupied rooms, furniture storage, access and waste removal. Check that decoration, final floor finishes and making good are clearly included or excluded. Ask how any unexpected findings will be discussed and priced.
